General Assumptions & Dependencies

  • Global Configurations: For a customer to upgrade to the latest UniServe version, a one-time setup of all global configurations is required.

  • Global Template: The content of the global template is considered only static, and no variable or dynamic content can be included in it.

  • Preview Feature: It is assumed that the business will have pre-installed software to open/view PDF, PS, HTML, and other outputs generated by the application.

  • Preview Feature: It is assumed that the application will have to perform a one-time processing to generate the output that must be viewed.

  • Job Segregation: It is assumed that the business will provide the filtering and segregation of jobs or processes.

  • Auto Spell Check: It is assumed that spell check will only be performed and visible on static template text objects, and will not apply to text images, dynamic or variable text from input files and sources, etc.

  • Gridlines: Gridlines are provided only to enhance the design aspect and will not affect Performance in any way.

  • PDF Go to Page: This has a slight effect on the application’s Performance because of its post-processing dependency.

  • PDF Go to Page: It is assumed that the business will provide the necessary information as a clickable option in the PDF.

  • Compressed PS: The business is responsible for providing the data that needs to be encoded.

  • WhatsApp Client: It is up to the business to choose between third-party WhatsApp integration providers and Intense in-house clients.

  • Help: It is assumed that only the accessibility and functionalities available in the current build will be made available in the “Help” option.

  • Maker/Checker: The number of nodes or checkers will be configured based on the business requirements and requests.

  • Short URL Service: It is up to the business to choose between third-party short URL services and intense in-house service.

  • Short URL Service: Intense provides software for short URLs, but it is assumed that the hardware related to the public server is mandatory.
