Log Level Enhancements
Current Functionality:
The application currently supports a standard job-based log structure. It is more concrete.
Enhancement:
To increase operational efficiency, the application now allows for flexibility at the log level. First and foremost, the application has improved and enhanced the log structure and hierarchy at each log level. The application also supports client-specific log segregation, such as for the Print Client, Daemon Client, Email Client, and so on.
On-the-fly processes have three log options:
date-time based,
size based, and
regular job based
The logs are again divided into basic and detailed level logs, and if any sensitive information is found in the log, it is automatically masked and indexed at the basic log level. Accessing the detail log level allows one to bypass the masking and gain access to the masked data.
