Content Authoring Capability

Enhancement:

UniServe has introduced a new feature called 'Content Authoring'. This feature allows business and non-technical users to modify UniServe templates through the web application 'Content Authorization'. Business users can access UniServe template content through the 'Content Authorization' thin client to make changes in response to changing business requirements.

Changes made with the Content Authoring tool are transmitted to the UniServe thick client as updated versions, resulting in a smooth output generation process. In addition, a workflow has been implemented to enable business users to design and approve content. This workflow specifies which template content should be accessed by each user and defines the approval process.
