WhatsApp Chatbot Integration

Current Functionality:

The existing UniServe application does not support WhatsApp Chatbot.

Enhancement:

The application has now been integrated with an internal WhatsApp chatbot to facilitate online statement generation, offering users a more interactive and convenient experience. When users engage with the chatbot by providing relevant options or documents, the internal WhatsApp chatbot presents menu options to the end customer, including statement generation capabilities. The chatbot responds to user input by providing relevant answers and on-the-fly statements directly from the UniServe application. This integration improves user engagement and satisfaction by allowing real-time interactions on a popular messaging platform.
