Feature Preview

Current Functionality:

Existing proforma functionality allows you to view the output instantly after creating a template. This activity helps generate the output by prompting the user to enter input and other paths. Once the user receives the message 'Proforma Successful,' they can open the configured output path in the Proforma page and view the generated output, which may include formats such as PDF, PS, AFP, HTML, etc., using the appropriate application associated with each output format.

Enhancement:

To streamline the process described above, the application offers a 'Preview' option within the same Proforma page. When the user selects the Preview option, the application immediately generates the output. Additionally, the application opens and previews the output using the system's default software, such as Adobe, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or PS-related software.

This feature eliminates the need for manual intervention in previewing the output resulting in a significantly shorter time to view the created template. As a result, users can quickly identify and correct any template errors.
